Panda [@.@] in Singapore 2011!

In 1990, China loan 2 giants Panda to Singapore for 100 days and was return afterward.

A raining afternoon in 1990, together with my Dad we went to Zoo to have my 1st visit of the black & white animal call "Panda". When we arrival both Panda is sleeping and back facing us. Before I leave one of the panda wake up so I get to see their full view *they're so cute!* From that moment I fall in LOVE with this cute "little" animal!

News this morning, 2011 China is sending a male and female baby Panda to stay in Singapore for 10 years this to mark 20 years of relations and promote conservation of the highly endangered animal.

Pandas' diet consists mainly of bamboo - they consume some 20 kilo a day - the zoo will be planting 8,000 sq metres of bamboo plantation to cater for this.

Singapore plan to build a place for them so they'll be housed in the zoo's new attraction, the River Safari, and visitors will probably get their first glimpse of them in the first quarter of 2012.

Looking forward to your arrival, Baby Pandas!
