The last ‘concert in the world was on January 30, 1986 1969 when they had a 'rooftop concert' atop the Apple Records Studio in London.

Know this band with I was young – the Beatles- but do not really know who they are or neither the songs they sang. I started into English songs was at my age of 13.
The 1st song I hear from Beatles was “Yesterday”, peaceful, simple tune and lyric.

This was taken last Friday, 4 Sept at somewhere near Bugis Street area.
Cost me $3.50 and add-on dish we order was “Wanton”.
When the add-on arrival I asked LinG did we just order the Wanton skin??? The wanton looks so “pity” (forget to take picture)

Yes, I know with this type location can’t ask for more. But the overall just look like kids meal expect for the milk tea that order was ok.

It been 1 week since Mayday concert ended I still can’t get them off our mind.
They’re still my main topic with my friends.. Sharing with them what happen during the concert, what Mayday had say/ done and those photo I taken during the concert.
I’m wanted to get their Taipei concert ticket but sadly all was sold out (those better seating). But one of their fans offers to sell me a ticket but cost double of the actual (S$300++) seating at Monster area!!
But already give up the ticket cause is out of my budget. I got lots of bill to clear these 2 months. Hopefully I’ll still get the chance to go for the next year one in Taipei/Hong Kong (if any).

Finally I got the chance to post this…
Has been busy week due to the upcoming fair. Luckily this time round I’m not alone fighting this war!
[D]at [N]ight in [A]ug 828&829

Both nights were a fantastic!
They sing till midnight for both nights (This was not to disappoint fans on 829).

Mayday given me the feeling of “Daring to dream, courageous pursuit, they have been such encourage us. This time, more is to remind us, do not forget the original dream.”

10th Anniversary of 828














We are so glad we can celebrate the 10th Anniversary of 828 with Mayday in Singapore.
As mention in the post below we got free upgrade seating to much more better seating we have brought. Overall still lots of fans that night.
The place we sitting able to view both front and back stage (not really the whole back stage). But I can see Shijie, he’s a funny guy and die heart follower of Mayday!!!

Concert officially started at 8.35pm… Concert stated with DNA story video damn it got heart attack from the starting of the concert!!

Finally get the chance to hear 「志明與春嬌」 and is in bossa nova version. (2nd time play in the past 10 years!)
I do not really understand what the songs really singing but I love the music and Ashin voice.
But that day Ashin voice was a bit off.



















The last song play that night was 「憨人」 after the music had ended fans still "la la la" ground humming this … my tears start to rowing in my eyes with such a pure movement.
Mayday took their final bow to end the concert and I saw Monster wiping off tears from his cheek, that very moment I’ll never forget.












It been 10 years, Mayday started as “So band” and Mayday is only named when they joining a contest…. Shall talk more in my imayday blogspot:

As Mayday say “this is a gathering of old friends, in front of them we can sing, dance or shout all we want”.
They probably felt the same. So 829, feel more committed to.
The funniest part for that night was the slow R&B of “Love –ING” and when Ashin start complaining about their fans are moving to like other boybands.

When concert coming to a end Ashin asked cheekily what the time and say: “Still don’t want to go home?” Are all of you walking home later?” The fans (include me) shouted back: “YES!!

Everyone bring back with full memorable memories…
All this memories follow us till we next meet again……
